How we verify

For each institution (kindergarten or nursery) we publish: official name, complete street address, phone, website, languages of instruction, pedagogical approach (Montessori, Waldorf, etc.) and — where publicly available — an estimated price range.

• Originally collected from official sources: Cluj-Napoca City Hall preschool registry, Public Crèche Budget Center, ISJ Cluj.
• Double-checked against each institution's own website.
• Geocoded via OpenStreetMap (Nominatim) so map pins land at the real address.
• Manually re-audited for the largest ~80 institutions.

About prices

Displayed prices are estimates, based on 2026 public data (institutional websites, news coverage, City Hall communications). They vary by program type, meals, and extra activities. Always call directly for a final quote.

We're not affiliated with any institution and don't accept payment for inclusion or position in lists. If an institution has closed, moved, renamed or changed pricing, please email us so we can update the data.
