  • At least one parent is in full-time education;
  • The child is under guardianship or a special protection measure (per Law 272/2004);
  • The child comes from a single-parent or large family (3+ children);
  • Both parents are employed (or retired, holding a disability certificate, or unemployed);
  • The child has a disability-grade certificate and/or a school-orientation certificate from CJRAE (special educational needs);
  • The child has a sibling already enrolled at the same unit.
